Princy Prince Goyal now a 26 years old is a 2x Entrepreneur. She started her journey by founding Kontor Space, a coworking company in 2018 and witnessed the flex real estate industry grow from a nascent 02% to a whopping 08% of the total office real estate inventory in India. Under her leadership Kontor became operationally profitable within 1.5 years of its commencement and built a strong base for its IPO in 2023 despite adverse conditions due to covid-19 pandemic.
The flex real estate and the overall office real estate market continues to grow, with the inventory expected to reach a stupendous 1B sqft of grade A properties by 2030, and with it Princy's contribution to the industry. After successfully building Kontor, she is now building Wybrid, a work tech company that has developed a new age tech stack for real estate industry to increase their efficiencies and accommodate modern use cases such as hybrid work.
Along with the inherent benefits of digitising the office industry, she also envisions enabling the providers and tenants to meet their sustainability goals of energy efficiency, hyper localisation and reducing long commutes to workplaces which in turn will reduce the burden of work hour traffic in metro cities, using inbuilt artificial intelligence in the Wybrid tech and city's last mile infrastructure. She is working with organisations such as C40 Climate Initiative to continue exploring other potential ways to reduce the carbon footprint of the industry.
